Corrupt and Criminal HR Activities of Indian Oil Corporation Limited
The absence of codification of HR policies (thanks to corrupt PMO of India) by Indian Oil makes it possible for the management to merrily harass, torture and victimise the employees who seek grievance redressal pertaining to their promotions or transfers.
